We aim to ensure that the photographs, dimensions and descriptions of the batiks in our product range are as accurate as possible.
Please bear in mind that, since each batik is handmade, there may be occasional "imperfections".
We accept payment by all major credit cards via PayPal through our online checkout process. We also accept credit card payments via Google Checkout. If you would prefer to use Google Checkout then please contact us.
We send all UK orders by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to the given address, and we will send you email confirmation of the dispatch of your order, including a tracking number so that you can monitor its progress.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. When this is not possible we will contact you. Our postage and packaging charges are dependent on the total value of your order as follows:

Upon receipt of your batik, if you find that it has been damaged in the post, or if you are unsatisfied with it then please inform us by email and return it to us within 7 days in the same condition as you received it, and we will refund your payment in full. (You would be required to pay the appropriate return postage costs.)
